空空导弹定量环境应力筛选方法研究

The principles of environmental stress screening and its application to air-to-air missile were introduced.The parameter selection and analysis approach on the quantified environmental stress screening were discussed.The improvement of reliability for an air-to-air missile with the environmental stress screening from development to batch production was presented.,and the acceptance criteria of the missile environmental stress screening was proposed.
