基于低碳经济的城市滨河区域产业定位实证研究——以济南小清河为例

A STUDY ON THE INDUSTRIAL ORIENTATION ABOUT CITYS RIPARIAN AREA BASED ON THE LOW CARBON ECONOMY —— A CASE STUDY OF XIAOQING RIVER RIPARIAN AREA OF JINAN CITY

近年来，由于区位条件、自然环境等原因，城市滨河区域产业发展较弱，定位模糊．笔者以济南市小清河为例，在当前推行低碳经济的背景下，总结了小清河滨河新区的产业发展现状，对其产业发展进行SWOT分析之后，结合日前滨河新区的现状和产业发展的条件，在低碳经济的基础上对小清河滨河新区进行产业选择定位，认为今后应重点发展现代物流商贸业、文化创意业、休闲旅游业、现代制造业、房地产业、都市农业，并提出了在低碳发展模式下产业发展的策略．

In recent years, the development of regional industry in urban waterfront is weak, vague position, because of the geographic conditions, natural environment and other reasons. With the rapid expansion of metropolitan space, especially in the current context of low - carbon economy, development of domestic urban waterfront area has been boom. In this paper, based on the request of low carbon economy to industrial development, the present situation of industrial development of Xiaoqing River Riverfront is analysed, then the aspects of strength, weakness, opportunity and threat in industry development of the Riverside area are described. At last, it is concluded that industry of modern logistics business, cultural and creative, entertaining tourism, modern manufacturing, real estate, urban agriculture should be prioritized to develop, and measures for industry development under low - carbon development pattern are specifically proposed.
