摘要
目的探讨尼古丁和六烃季铵对小鼠炎症的影响.方法采用二甲苯致炎小鼠耳肿胀模型,测量观察不同浓度的尼古丁和六烃季铵对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的影响.结果①尼古丁对小鼠炎症的影响:与生理盐水组比较,1.0mg/kg和2.0mg/kg剂量的尼古丁,明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀(P〈0.05).②六烃季铵对小鼠炎症的影响:与生理盐水组比较,10mg/kg和20mg/kg剂量的六烃季铵明显增加小鼠耳肿胀重量,具有促炎症作用.③尼古丁和六烃季铵共处理对炎症的影响:与六烃季铵组相比,注射尼古丁和六烃季铵组明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀.结论尼古丁对小鼠炎症有抑制作用,六烃季铵对炎症有促进作用,尼古丁能解除六烃季铵的促炎症作用.
In this study we observed the effects of different concentrations of nicotine and hexamethonium on xylene -induced ear swelling mice by measuring swelling degrees of ear flaps induced by xylene. Compared with the saline group , 1.0 mg/kg and 2.0 mg/kg nicotine significantly inhibited the ear swelling induced by xylene in mice. Compared with the saline group, 10 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg hexamethonium significantly enhanced the ear swelling. Compared with the hexamethonium group, the combination of nicotine and hexamethnium significantly suppressed the ear swelling. Nicotine has anti - inflammatory effects on acute inflammation reactions while examethonium plays a role of promotion inflammation. The effects of inflammation promotion of examethonium could be inhibited competitively by nicotine.
