构建我国省级水生动物细菌性病原库的探讨

DISCUSSION ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PROVINCIAL BACTERIAL PATHOGEN LIBRARY FOR AQUATIC ANIMAL

笔者是继国家水生动物病原库建成并投入运行之后，首次提出并系统论述省级水生动物病原库．在简述了细菌性病原的研究和保藏现状之后，对我国省级水生动物细菌性病原库构建的依据、建库方向、策略、切入点、研究方向、研究内容以及建库的意义进行了系统论述．最后就省级水生动物细菌性病原库应用前景进行了展望．

This is the first review about the Provincial Bacterial Pathogen Library for Aquatic Animal after the establishment and putting into operation of the National Pathogen Collection Center for Aquatic Animal. The current research status of the bacterial aquatic animial pathogen and the status quo of the storage were overviewed in brief firstly. As the following, the Provincial Bacterial Pathogen Library for Aquatic Animal was presented while the basis, the aim, the strategy, the entry point, the procedure, the significance of the establishment of the Liberary, even the subject and the scope of the correlative research were all elaborated in details. In the end, the prospect and the significance for our country＇s fishery and aquatic research which the described Library and it＇ s correlative research will hold were given.
