普外科护理工作中存在的风险与应对措施

目的对普外科护理工作中存在的风险及应对措施进行分析和探讨。方法以我科2008、2009年全部的在职护理人员为研究对象,按照是否开展风险管理分为管理组和对照组,其中对照组的日常护理工作主要依靠护理人员的经验进行,而管理组则进行了风险管理,对存在的护理风险采取了相应的应对措施。结果在加强了护理风险的管理后,我科护理人员的风险意识显著增强,不仅没有发生任何的医疗纠纷和严重护理事故,普通的护理差错数量也明显减少,护理工作的整体质量得到了有效提升,患者对护理工作各项内容的满意度均得到了很大的提升,管理组较对照组差异明显,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论开展风险管理能够有效提高护理工作的质量和水平,提升患者的满意度,无论是对自身队伍建设还是对患者疾病的尽快恢复都具有积极的促进作用。

Objective To general in nursing risks and coping measures are analyzed and discussed.Methods With my families in 2008,2009 all the in--service nursing personnel as the research object,according to whether to launch a risk management is divided into management group and control group,which controls the daily care relies mainly on the nursing staff of experience,and management group,for the risk management,to the existing nursing risk taking appropriate measures.Results In strengthen the nursing risk management,I branch nurses＇ risk awareness enhanced markedly,not only has any medical disputes and serious nursing accident,ordinary nursing error and the number of significantly reduced,the overall quality of the nursing work effectively to ascend,patienls to the satisfaction of nursing work each content have got a boost,management group than controls,and significanUy（P〈0.05）,and a statistically significant differences.Conclusion Developing risk management can effectively improve the quality of nursing and level,enhance patient satisfaction,both for their team construction or to patients disease as soon as possible recover has a positive role in promoting.
