联合检测尿微量白蛋白、β_2-微球蛋白与血清CRP水平在2型糖尿病早期肾损害诊断的应用价值

Combined Detection of urine mALB,β_2—MG and plasma CRP in diagnosis of Early Renal Damage of Diabetes Mtitus

目的探讨尿微量白蛋白、β2-微球蛋白与血清CRP水平对2型糖尿病肾病早期肾损害诊断的临床意义。方法采用免疫散射比浊法及化学发光法测定110例2型糖尿病患者及100例健康者(正常对照组)的尿微量白蛋白、β2-微球蛋白与血清CRP水平,对检测结果进行统计学处理。结果与正常对照组相比,2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白、β2-微球蛋白与血清CRP水平均有明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白、β2-微球蛋白与血清CRP水平呈正相关。结论联合检测尿微量白蛋白、β2-微球蛋白与血清CRP水平对2型糖尿病肾病早期肾损害诊断具有重要的价值。

Objective To evaluate the combined detection of mAlb,β2--MG and CRP in diagnosis of early renal damage of diabetes mtitus.Methods Urine and plasma samples were collected from 110 patients with type- Ildiabetes mellitus and 100 healthy volunteers.and mAlb, β2--MG and CRP of the two groups were tested and compared.Results Urine mAlb, β 2--MG and plasma CRP levels of type--II diabetes patients group are higher than the healthy group（P〈0.01）,there was a positive correlation between urine mAIb,β2--MG and plasma CRP of type --II diabetes patients.Conclusion It is helpful to diagnose early renal damage of diabetes mellitus by combined detection of urine mAlb,β2--MG and plasma CRP.
