抗病毒治疗配合健康教育对艾滋病的疗效分析

Study on Clinical Therapeutic Effect of HAART Combined with Health Education

目的探讨艾滋病抗病毒配合健康教育治疗的效果,为进一步开展有效的抗病毒治疗提供依据。方法对80例确诊的艾滋病患者进行规范的抗病毒治疗和健康教育指导,分析治疗前后CD4+T淋巴细胞计数、病毒载量、临床症状体征、生存率及生活质量等指标的变化,评价治疗效果。结果经抗病毒治疗和健康教育指导后,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数增加、病毒载量下降伴部分病例已检测不出病毒、各种机会感染发生率降低、生存率提供、生活质量改善。结论抗病毒配合健康教育治疗艾滋病疗效显著,符合治疗条件的病人应早期进行规范化治疗。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of HAART combined with health education in treatment of HIV/ AIDS patients and reovide the scientific foundation for further and effective therapy.Methods Standard HAART combined with health education treatment of 80 patients with HIV//AIDS,and changes of CD4＋T lymphocyte counts,blocd plasma virus load,clinical symtems and signs,survival rate and living state index were statistically analyzed after treatment.Results After HAART combined with health educationttreatment,the CD4＋T lymphocyte counts were increased,the blood plasma virus load cut down and some have been can not detect the virus,the incidence of various opportunistic infection which had symptoms and signs was decreased,survival rate was raised and the life quality was highly ameliorated.Conclusion HAART combined with health education treatment of HIV/AIDS patients has a marked efficacy.Thus early therapy should be used on the HIV/AIDS patients met the criterion.
