新疆阿勒泰地区146例冻伤患者的护理体会

目的总结146例轻、中、重度冻伤的治疗经验和护理体会。方法 146例病人规范应用急救措施及重点做好护理。结果做好急救的同时落实好患肢及基础护理,使91例痊愈,55例不同程度的进行了截肢。结论通过早期的患肢护理以及落实好基础护理并配合治疗,能有效促进冻伤的愈合及预防并发症的发生。

Objective To review 146 patients with mild, moderate and severe frostbite treatment and nursing experience. Methods 146 patients standard first aid measures and focus on doing the application of nursing.Results While doing first aid and basic care and implement the limb, so that 91 cases recovered,55 patients had varying degrees of amputation. Conclusion The early limb and implement basic nursing care and with treatment,can effectively promote the healing and prevention of frostbite complications.
