摘要
农产品是农业经济才主要商品,农产品质量直接决定了未来农业生产种植的收益情况。为了保证市场上销售的农产品质量符合国家标准要求,维持农民有足够的农业收益,国家采取了相关法律措施对农产品质量严格监管。但随着市场经济的多元化发展,在监管过程中也出现了不同的问题影响了监管效率。针对这一点,重点分析了农产品质量监管存在的问题,且提出合理化改进方案。
The agricultural economy was mainly agricultural commodities, agricultural products directly determines the quality of agricultural produce grown in the future earnings. In order to ensure the quality of agricultural products on the market in line with national standards, to maintain enough agricultural income farmers, the state has taken legal measures to strictly control the quality of agricultural products. But with the economic diversification of the market, in the regulatory process, there have been various issues affecting the efficiency of supervision. On this point, this paper focuses on analysis of agricultural products quality control problems, and to make reasonable improvements.
