RNAi技术在泌尿系肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘要 肿瘤是由多基因参与并经多阶段演变而形成的疾病。目前有效治疗肿瘤的方法有放疗、化疗和免疫治疗,但恶性肿瘤细胞对这些治疗方法均有抵抗作用。RNA干扰(RNAi)作为公认的科学成就之一,有希望成为一种新颖可靠的恶性肿瘤治疗方法。本文就RNAi在泌尿系肿瘤中的研究进展做一综述。
