肝脾T细胞淋巴瘤临床病理观察

Clinicopathologic features of hepatosplenic T cell lymphoma

摘要 目的探讨肝脾γδT细胞淋巴瘤的临床病理学特征、免疫表型特点。方法对1例确诊的肝脾T细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床表现、组织形态及免疫表型进行分析,并复习相关文献。结果患者男性,29岁。自发性脾破裂出血。镜下瘤细胞呈弥漫性脾窦内侵犯。免疫组化示瘤细胞CD2、CD3、CD5、granzymeB及TIA均(+)。结论肝脾T细胞淋巴瘤是较为罕见的外周T细胞淋巴瘤,目前尚无有效治疗方法,患者预后差。 Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics,immunophenotype of hepatosplenic T cell lymphoma.Methods One patient with hepatosplenic T cell lymphoma were studied and followed up.Meanwhile we reviewed correlative literature.Results The patient was a 29-year old man whose splenic red pulp was infiltrated by neoplastic cells;Immunohistochemically,lymphoma cells were positive for CD2,CD3,CD5,Granzyme B,and TIA.Conclusion Hepatospenic T cell lymphoma is a rare clinicopathologic entity of peripheral T cell lymphomas and no effective treatment and poor prognosis.
