乙型肝炎病毒感染者6032例抗-HIV检测结果分析

目的探讨综合医院乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者中人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染率基线状况,并着重对HBV/HIV重叠感染者的流行病学特征及临床资料进行分析。方法收集2009年3月-9月贵阳地区三所综合医院经检验证实有HBV感染的血清共6032份进行HIV抗体筛查。结果 6032例HBV感染者中证实HIV感染者8例,感染率为0.13%。8例感染者以青壮年为主,性接触为主要感染途径。结论对HBV感染者进行HIV筛查具有重要意义,应采取有效措施预防及阻断艾滋病在乙型肝炎病毒感染者中的传播。

Objective To investigate the immunodeficiency virus （HIV） infection rate basic line statue of the compre- hensive hospital hepatitis B virus （HBV） infectors, and analysis epidemiological characteristics and clinical data of HBV/HIV infected overlap people. Methods A total of 6 032 cases inspectors who had been veri- fied as HBV inspectors from 3 comprehensive hospitals in Guiyang region during March 2009 to September 2009 were screened by HIV antibody test. Results Among of 6 032 HBV cases, 8 cases was infected with HIV and infection rate was 0.13%. In these 8 HBV/HIV cases,the youth was the main infected group and the sexual contact was the main infection way. Conclusions It has an important meaning to screen HIV in HBV infectors and the effective measures should be taken to prevent and block the spread of AIDS in HBV infectors.
