急性缺血性肠病21例临床分析

摘要 急性缺血性肠病（acute intestinal ischemia,AII）临床表现不典型,误诊率高,病死率高达60%~100%[1],是临床上严重的急腹症之一。现将我院2006年4月-2010年4月收治的21例AII患者的临床资料分析报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组21例中男9例,女12例,年龄46~88岁,平均58.57岁。肠系膜上动脉栓塞4例,其中1例伴肠系膜上静脉栓塞和腹腔干动脉栓塞;肠系膜上动脉血栓形成1例,
