母血中预测子癎前期标志物的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 子癎前期(pre-eclampsia,PE)是严重影响母儿健康的常见的妊娠期疾病。其病理变化始于胎盘形成阶段,临床症状多于妊娠晚期才出现。目前其诊断主要依靠孕妇的临床表现、体征及实验室检查。临床诊断明确时,母婴已受到不同程度的损伤。PE的发病原因不明,因此一直没有预测PE的有效方法。越来越多的生化指标有望成为预测PE的标志物。本文就目前预测PE的血清标志物的研究进展综述如下。
