摘要 目的观察研究15 d-6°头低位卧床(HDBR)女性志愿者非刺激性全唾液中IL-6和TNF-α水平的变化。方法采集20名女性志愿者4个不同时间点即:卧床前1天(pre-HDBR-1))、-6°头低位卧床第3天(HDBR-3)、第10天(HDBR-10)和恢复正常生活第7天时(post-HDBR-7)的非刺激性全唾液,用ELISA方法检测唾液中IL-6和TNF-α水平变化,对所得结果进行统计学分析。结果志愿者唾液中IL-6水平随卧床时间有所增加,组间差异不明显,TNF-α水平随卧床时间有所增加,组间有差异(P<0.05),二者-1 d组与+7 d组之间均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 15 d-6°HDBR可引起女性志愿者非刺激性全唾液中IL-6和TNF-α水平的变化,确切机理尚需要进一步研究。 Objective To observe the effect of 15 d-6° head-down bed rest(HDBR) on the contents of IL-6 and TNF-α in whole unstimulated saliva.Methods Whole unstimulated saliva from 20 female subjects were collected before HDBR(pre-HDBR-1),on the 3rd(HDBR-3),10th day of HDBR(HDBR-10),and the 7th day after HDBR(post-HDBR-7).The contents of IL-6 and TNF-α were detected by ELISA and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The content of IL-6 in whole unstimulated saliva increased while the time of HDBR passing,but there were no significant differences and no marked linearly ascending at different time points.The content of TNF-α increased as the time passing and there were significant differences at different time points(P0.05) and there was significant between the pre-HDBR-1 and post-HDBR-7 groups(P0.01).Conclusion HDBR for 15 d at-6°may change the level of IL-6 and TNF-α in whole unstimulated saliva of female subjects,but the mechanism needs further study.
