摘要
对22名参加15 d头低位卧床的女性大学生志愿者进行了卧床期间的护理观察,通过分析头低位卧床期间志愿者出现的症状和体征,采用了以通便、排尿和心理疏导为主的护理手段,提出了重点以维持人体代谢功能处于稳态的卧床实验护理理念。
We performed medical care observation in 22 female subjects participating in the 15 d head-down hed rest（HDBR）.We adopted primary nursing methods,such as defaecation,urination and psychological counseling by analyzing subjects＇ symptoms and physical signs developed during HDBR.We proposed a nursing concept of emphasizing the maintanence of human metabolic homeostasis during HDBR.
