摘要
热挤压管生产中,管坯在扩孔和挤压之前均需要经过感应加热,以获得扩孔或挤压所需的温度场。通过调节感应加热线圈接线抽头的位置,可以调节管坯的温度场。采用ANSYS软件,模拟了Φ176×500 mm的Nicrofer690管坯在改变线圈接线抽头位置情况下的温度场,结果表明,通过改变线圈接线抽头的位置,管坯温度场形态尤其是轴线方向的温度场形态可以得到有效调节。
In the pipe production by hot extrusion,the billet will be heated through induction before piercing and extrusion,so as to obtain a temperature field required.The billet temperature field can be adjusted by changing the tapping position.In this paper,the commercial software ANSYS is used to simulate the temperature field by changing the tapping position of the billet of Nicrofer690,whose dimension is 176 mm×500 mm.The results show that the temperature profile,especially the axial profile,can be adjusted by changing the tapping position effectively.
