摘要
采用Procast软件求解大钢锭凝固过程的数学模型,采用CAD软件进行几何建模,编制CAD和Procast软件接口程序。预测不同时间和部位的温度场、缩孔疏松及柱状晶生长情况。通过在钢锭模不同部位埋设热电偶进行测温,对浇铸钢锭进行低倍分析,检查柱状晶生长情况。试验检测结果和数值模拟结果符合很好,证明了数值模拟结果具有较高的可靠性,为优化大型钢锭锭型参数提供很好工具。
A mathematical model for solidifying big ingot was established with Procast software.The researchers set up a geometry model with CAD software and edited an interface program between CAD and Procast.The temperature distribution,shrinkage cavity,porosity and growth of columnar grains at different positions and time can be predicted.Some thermal-couples were embedded in the ingot mold for temperature measurement,macro analysis of cast ingot and inspection of growth of columnar grains.As the lab detection result well-agreed with the numerical simulation result,it has proved that the numerical simulation result is very reliable.It can be an excellent tool for optimizing parameters for big ingots.
