宝钢不锈钢事业部2500m^3高炉的高Al_2O_3炉渣生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 在近年来铁矿石价格持续上扬、铁矿石资源不断劣化的大背景下,宝钢不锈钢事业部炼铁厂高炉入炉A l2O3负荷在2009年1~4月达到47.4 kg/t,为了将炉渣A l2O3含量控制在15%,高炉渣比被迫增大到310 kg/t以上。预计多使用劣质铁矿石资源必将成为高炉冶炼的趋势,故突破炉渣A l2O3含量15%水平的上限势在必行。为此,开展了适当放宽高炉炉渣A l2O3含量的研究及其生产实践。分别选取2009年1~4月(炉渣A l2O3月平均含量为14.86%)、2010年1~4月(炉渣A l2O3月平均含量为16.81%)两段时期,对比分析高炉的生产技术指标。结果表明,通过高炉操作制度的合理调控,高炉有能力接受16%水平的炉渣A l2O3含量。 In recent years,iron ore has been rising in price and degrading in quality.Under this background,Al2O3 load of the 2 500 m3 blast furnace in Baosteel Stainless Steel Unit reached 47.4 kg/t in the period of January to April 2009.In order to restrict Al2O3 content in slag to the level of 15%,slag rate was forced to hoist to more than 310 kg/t.It has been predicted that using low-quality iron ore resources will be the main trend for the blast furnace process in the future,so it will be imperative to break through the ceiling of 15% Al2O3 content in slag.Therefore,the study and production practice in terms of appropriately increasing Al2O3 content in slag have been carried out.In this paper,the technical indicators in the two periods: from January to April 2009(the monthly average slag Al2O3 content was 14.86%) and from January to April 2010(the monthly average slag Al2O3 content was 16.81%) were compared.The analytical results show that the 2 500 m3 blast furnace in Baosteel Stainless Steel Unit has the ability to accept 16% slag Al2O3 content by reasonable control of the operational system.
