摘要
目的:利用睾丸肉膜囊固定术建立大鼠精索扭转模型,为后续的进一步研究建立基础。方法:将42只SpragueDawley(SD)雄性大鼠,麻醉后分别取阴囊切口,扩张分离阴囊皮肤与肉膜层间隙,打开肉膜层,拉出睾丸、附睾,分离睾丸引带,将精索扭转后置于肉膜层外,维持精索位置不变,缝合肉膜层仅容精索通过,将睾丸、附睾置于肉膜囊内,缝合阴囊切口。结果:39只大鼠精索扭转动物模型建立成功。结论:笔者首创的利用睾丸肉膜囊固定术建立大鼠精索扭转模型,此建模方法安全可靠,没有损伤血睾屏障,为进一步的研究奠定了重要的基础。
Objective:To establish the experimental animal models of spermatic cord torsion in rats,using the dartos pouch orchiopexy.Methods:Dartos pouch orchiopexy was performed on forty-two rats to establish spermatic cord torsion experimental animal models of rats by transscrotal approach.Results:Thirty-nine rats survived the operation with successful acquisition of spermatic cord torsion while three rats died after anesthesia.Conclusions:The successful animal models of spermatic cord torsion are surgically established with dartos pouch orchiopexy.
