两种微创手术治疗腋臭方法的临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨治疗腋臭2种手术方法的临床疗效。方法:使用小切口皮下修剪、微创切口肿胀麻醉负压抽吸这2种手术治疗腋臭,同时观察2种手术方法对腋臭的治愈率、复发率及并发症的发生率。结果:2组治愈率及复发率无显著性差异(p>0.05),在术后皮下血肿、皮肤坏死、疤痕等并发症方面,微创切口肿胀麻醉负压抽吸法明显优于小切口皮下修剪法,具有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:微创切口肿胀麻醉负压抽吸法治疗腋臭是较理想的方法。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of two minimally invasive surgical therapy on axillary osmidrosis.Methods:The two surgical treatments are superficial lipsuction and manual shaving via small incisions The patients underwent surgery for bilateral axillary osmidrosis with two methods.The surgical results,recurrence and complications were compared.Results:There is no significant difference between two methods on surgical results and recurrence(p0.05).Lipsuction comes out significantly with fewer complications than manual shaving for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis(p0.05).Conclusion:Superficial lipsuction is an ideal surgical treatment on axillary osmidrosis
