摘要
组蛋白乙酰化与去乙酰化是表观遗传学研究的重要内容,二者相互拮抗,共同调节组蛋白活性转录与抑制,并在人类肿瘤的发生与演进过程中起着重要的作用。目前已有许多组蛋白去乙酰化酶(histonedeacetylases,HDACs)抑制剂用于抗肿瘤的试验与研究。本文就HDACs的分类、在肿瘤中的表达情况以及与肿瘤预后的关系作一综述。
Histone acetylation and deacetylation are antagonistic and important for epigenetic research,which not only regulate the transcription and inhibition of histone,but also play a central role in the development and progression of human neoplasm.Histone deacetylases（HDAC） inhibitors have currently been developed and tested as anticancer agents in various malignancies.In this review,the classification,expression of HDACs in human malignancies and the associated clinical prognosis will be discussed.
