摘要
倾转旋翼的气动外形设计需要对其在直升机模式和飞机模式下的不同要求进行综合考虑,对其气动外形相关参数进行优化以使倾转旋翼同时具有较高的悬停效率和巡航效率。本文基于自由尾迹分析方法建立了倾转旋翼的气动特性分析模型,以悬停和巡航效率为目标函数,以桨叶弦长分布、预扭角分布、厚度分布及翼型分布位置和旋翼转速为设计变量,以旋翼功率和桨叶重量为约束,提出了倾转旋翼气动多目标协同优化策略,对桨叶气动外形进行了优化设计,优化后的旋翼具有更优的气动性能,表明所提出的优化方法是可行的。
The aerodynamic design of tilt-rotor must be synthetically considered to meet the different requirements between helicopter mode and airplane mode,thus the blade's aerodynamic parameters need to be optimized so that the tilt-rotor has higher hover figure of merit and cruise propulsive efficiency.In this paper,the aerodynamic performance analysis model of tilt-rotor has been built on the free-wake theory,the hover figure of merit and cruise propulsive efficiency are selected as the design objective,the chord distribution,pre-twist distribution,rotor thickness,airfoil-station distribution and rotor speed of blade are selected as design variables,the rotor power and blade weight are selected as constrains,the multi-objective collaborative optimization technique is used to deal with the aerodynamic multi-objective optimization design problem,the rotor has better aerodynamic performance after optimization,and computation results indicate the optimization method is feasible.
