摘要
牵张成骨是一种利用骨痂愈合机制产生新骨的内源性组织工程学技术。随着近几年来大量基础和临床研究的深入,牵张成骨在颅颌面整形、肿瘤术后重建、牙槽骨内种植修复等方面展现了广阔的应用前景,已成为国内外口腔颌面外科领域研究热点之一。本文就牵张成骨的生物学机制、促新骨形成方法、对周围组织的影响及其临床应用等热点问题进行系统阐述。
Distraction osteogenesis is one kind of endogenous tissue engineering lechnique that could regenerate new bone with the mechanism of bone callus healing. It has showed its wide application prospects in craniomaxillofacial plastic and reconstruction, defect reconstructiou after tumor resections and alveolus eudosseous implant restoration, and thus been one of the research hotspots in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery around the world with the progress of related basic and clinical researches in recent years. This article aimed to elaborate its biological mechanism, regenerationpromuting methods, related effects on surrounding tissues and clinical applications.
