摘要
为研究福建中华蜜蜂的遗传多样性及其种群的遗传分化,采用5个微卫星DNA分子标记测定了福建11个样点的607只中华蜜蜂,结果表明,永定中华蜜蜂遗传多样性最低,其次为武夷中华蜜蜂,平均杂合度分别为0.3771和0.4535.其他各样点中华蜜蜂遗传多样性水平均为中度多态,平均杂合度在0.5040-0.5540之间.福建中华蜜蜂遗传分化结果表明,武夷与政和中华蜜蜂,将乐、武平与光泽中华蜜蜂,尤溪与福州中华蜜蜂在该5个微卫星位点上未发生明显分化,分化系数小于0.01;龙岩、永定、漳州和宁德4个样点中华蜜蜂各具显著独特的遗传结构,与其他样点分化明显.
The genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of 607 honeybees(Apis cerana cerana) from 11 samples in Fujian were studied with five microsatellite markers.The results were as follows: the honeybees from Yongding had the lowest genetic diversity,the honeybees from Wuyi followed.The mean heterozygosities were 0.3771 and 0.4535,respectively.The honeybees from other samples had moderate polymorphism and the mean heterozygosities were from 0.5040 to 0.5540.The honeybees from Wuyi and Zhenghe;Jiangle,Wuping and Guangze;Youxi and Fuzhou had no significant genetic differentiation.The FST value was below 0.01.The honeybees from Longyan,Yongding,Zhangzhou and Ningde had special genetic structures respectively,and significant genetic differentiations were detected.
