桡神经浅支皮瓣22例应用分析

Clinical application of superficial branch of radial nerve flap:22 cases report

目的探讨桡神经浅支皮瓣修复手部骨、肌腱外露、虎口瘢痕挛缩的临床疗效。方法对22例手部骨、肌腱外露、虎口瘢痕挛缩患者采用桡神经浅支皮瓣修复治疗。结果 22例皮瓣全部成活,随访6个月~2年,术后桡神经浅支支配区域皮肤麻木,感觉减退,6个月后皮肤麻木区缩小。移位皮瓣色泽、质地、弹性良好,不臃肿;患者满意度好。结论选择桡神经浅支皮瓣修复手部骨、肌腱外露、虎口瘢痕挛缩等疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of superficial branch of radial nerve flap for repair of hand bones,and tendons exposure,scar contracture of the first web.Methods 22 cases of hand bones,and tendons exposed,scar contracture of the first web were repaired using the superficial branch of radial nerve flap.Results All 22 cases survived in 6 months to 2 years of follow-up.After operation,the dominate regional of superficial branch of radial nerve skin numbness,sensory loss,numbness of areas of skin reduced after 6 months.The flap color,texture,elasticity were good without over stuff.Satisfaction rate was good.Conclusions The superficial branch of radial nerve flap for repair of hand bones,and tendons exposed,scar contracture of the first web is a good way,the clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
