摘要 腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)除手术治疗外,还可经保守治疗使突出组织重吸收,从而使病情得到缓解或治愈.椎间盘突出组织重吸收是指:在没有化学溶核和外科干预情况下,突出组织自发减少甚至完全消失的现象.随着影像学和细胞、分子生物学技术的不断发展和进步,对此现象的临床报道及实验研究逐渐增多,本文将相关研究方法及研究进展作一综述.
