医院创建学习型党组织的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of "Study-based" Party in the Hospital

努力创建学习型党组织,是历史赋予我们的使命和责任,也是新形势下加强党的执政能力建设的战略举措,是党中央向各级党组织和全体共产党员提出的新要求。为深入推进创建学习型党组织活动,我院在调研的基础上,围绕医院工作实践,分别从创建学习型党组织的意义、经验、问题等方面进行了研究和分析,提出了建立"创建学习型党组织"工作的长效机制、进一步推进创建学习型党组织工作深入开展的对策和建议。

It is the historical mission and responsibility for us to make efforts to create＂study-based＂Party,which is a strategy to strengthen the implement ability of Party,and is a new requirement for all Communists. Our hospital carried out an investigation on hospital practices,explored and analyzed the significance,experiences and issues of ＂study-based＂ Party,advanced the long-effect mechanism to create ＂study-based＂ Party,and put forward some suggestions to further promote the ＂study-based＂ Party.
