The Excellent Foundry Paper Awards are presented annually by Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society （FICMES）, and this year the final evaluation activity of the 13th ＂FOSECQ Cup＂ for Excellent Foundry Papers （2010） was carried out in Xining City, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China between July 20-24, 2011.
