中小学教师队伍继续教育现状调研报告

Investigation on Continuing Education for Primary and Middle School Teachers

教师培训是加强教师队伍建设的重要环节,是提高基础教育质量的前提。调研中小学教师队伍教育教学现状、继续教育现状,了解教师对继续教育的态度,及其内容、方式的需求,总结教师在继续教育中出现的问题,以期本研究成果有利于提高教师的职业素养。

Teacher training is an important part to upgrade teachers′ qualities.Thus it is also a prerequisite to improve the quality of basic education.This paper investigates status quo of primary and middle school teachers in continuous education,in terms of their attitude,preference for contents and methods in education.The paper also sums up the problems in continuing education.This study is to help improve the professionalism of teachers.
