动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床体会

摘要 股骨粗隆间骨折是一种老年人较常见的下肢骨折。近年来,随着人均寿命的延长和社会活动的增加,该骨折发生率呈逐年上升趋势。以往治疗多采用保守治疗,时间长,合并症如肺炎、肺栓塞、褥疮、泌尿系感染等对老年人是致命的,病死率高达15%~20%。
