CT引导经皮肺穿刺技术在肺占位诊断中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 介入性肺脏病学技术是肺外周病变的快速诊断有效的方法。通过增强CT检查平扫CT值≤30Hu,增强后40~60Hu,通过穿刺及时获得病理,避免延误患者及丧失治疗最佳的治疗时机。在CT引导下活检枪切割针经皮肺穿技术对于肺外周病变具有快速有效的诊断优势。50例肺占位病变的患者,根据其病变大小、部位,采用了增强CT与介入性肺脏病学技术进行诊断。
