头穴透刺配合康复治疗中风后运动性失语临床观察

Scalp Acupoint Penetrating-needling Combined with Rehabilitation for Treating Post-stroke Motor Aphasia

目的观察头穴透刺配合言语康复技术对中风后运动性失语患者言语功能的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为针康组及康复组,观察两种治疗方法对中风后运动性失语的作用,并分别采用北京医院汉语失语检查法、失语症严重程度分级标准评定两组患者治疗前后的言语功能并进行统计学分析。结果头穴透刺配合言语康复技术能够提高患者的言语功能,总有效率为90.0%,优于康复组(66.7%,P<0.05);在言语功能的评分及失语严重程度分级方面,针康组均优于康复组(P<0.01)。结论头穴透刺配合言语康复技术是一种积极有效的治疗中风后运动性失语的方法,能够提高临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combined scalp acupoint penetrating-needling with speech rehabilitation for treating post-stroke motor aphasia.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke motor aphasia were randomized into a combined treatment group treated by scalp acupoint penetrating-needling and speech rehabilitation,and a rehabilitation group.The speech function was assessed by adopting Chinese aphasia examination developed by Beijing Hospital and aphasia severity grading before and after treatment.Results Combined scalp acupoint penetrating-needling and speech rehabilitation improved the speech function of patients with post-stroke motor aphasia,and the total effective rate was 90.0%,which was better than the result in the rehabilitation group（66.7%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Regarding speech function score and aphasia severity grading,the results in the combined treatment group were both better than in the rehabilitation group（P0.01）.Conclusion Combined scalp acupoint penetrating-needling and speech rehabilitation is effective in treating post-stroke motor aphasia and can enhance the clinical effects.
