摘要 合理利用土地,可促进区域物流供需和环境之间的协同发展,保障物流带来经济可持续发展,实现区域物流战略可持续发展。以深圳市龙岗区为例,引入假设条件,选取区域相关经济指标作为解释变量,分析区域物流需求与区域经济发展的内在关系,基于多元线性回归模型,预测区域物流需求;通过分析供需平衡理论,引入相关参数及建立方程,预测处于供需平衡时物流用地的实际需求量,对物流用地数据进行量化。 Effective and efficient use of land can help forward the harmony between environment and regional logistics development and guarantee the sustainable development of logistics economy and regional logistics strategies.In the case of Longgang district of Shenzhen,on the basis of several hypothetical conditions introduced,regional economy related indices are taken as explaining variables in a study on the inner relationship between the regional economic development and regional logistics demand which is forecast using multiple linear regression model and a demand-supply balance equation is formulated to forecast the actual demand volume of land for logistics use when a state of balance of demand and supply is reached,thus quantifying logistics land use data.
