摘要
本文论述了塑料透镜耐磨膜对镀膜材料的主要要求和真空镀膜的工艺要点。同时介绍了一种性能良好的塑料透镜的耐磨膜。它是用一种晶体材料作为主要的原材料,在国产的真空镀膜机上,用电子束蒸发淀积技术在冷基底上制备的。该膜具有良好的机械强度和牢固的附着力,能够经受40天的潮湿试验,15天的盐水试验和各种环境试验。
The main requirments of evaporation materials for the abrasion-resistant coating deposited on plastic lens and the technical keys of vacuum-evaporation are deseribed in this paper. With a crystal which we have chosen as main raw material, the hard film can be manufactured by e-beam evaporation. Although the coating is prepared on the cold substrates, it possesses the mechanical robust and hard adhesion, and can withstand the various environmental tests.
