目前,我国高校体育场馆在管理实践中滞后的管理理念及方法已严重制约了高校体育场馆的持续健康发展。平衡计分卡作为一种有效的战略管理工具,可以被引入高校体育场馆的管理实践以提高其运营绩效。平衡计分卡的应用能够提升高校体育场馆战略执行的质量,通过财务、服务对象、内部业务流程、创新与学习成长四个维度为高校体育场馆塑造战略性思维,全面科学的实施战略管理提供有效指导。

It is held that the lagging of the management conception,method had become a bottleneck which restricted college gymnasiums sustainable development in China.As an effective tool of the strategic management,the balanced score card can introduced into the management of college gymnasiums.The application of the balanced score card can improve the quality of the implement of college gymnasiums,Through financial,service targets,internal business processes,innovation and growth of four dimensions of learning for the college stadiums which to shape strategic thinking,strategic management of the implementation of a comprehensive science to provide effective guidance.
