随着电力系统网架结构不断扩大和电压等级不断升高,对继电保护全方位的功能要求越来越高,断路器失灵保护作为一种近后备保护方式得到普遍应用。断路器失灵保护的误动或拒动,造成电网破坏、大面积停电及设备损坏等事故。为提高失灵保护的正确动作率,文章结合青海日月山750 kV变电站施工现场实际情况,介绍断路器失灵保护与其它继电保护装置配合的工作原理及应用。

With expanding the power system network structure,voltage rising,a full range of functional requirements of protective relaying is more and more,circuit breaker failure protection go as a way to get close to back-up protection universal application.Malfunction or miss-operation of circuit breaker failure protection will cause network stabilization accident,large-scale blackout and equipment damage and other accidents.To improve correct action rate of failure protection,the paper introduces the working principle and application with breaker failure protection and other protection devices.
