AZ31B镁合金变极性等离子弧加丝焊接组织及腐蚀行为 被引量:2

摘要 采用变极性等离子焊接方法对AZ31B镁合金进行焊接,通过光学显微镜、盐雾腐蚀试验、电化学测试技术以及扫描电镜,研究了AZ31B镁合金变极性等离子加丝焊接接头的显微组织及其耐蚀性的影响。试验结果表明:AZ31B镁合金变极性等离子加丝焊接接头成形良好,没有明显的热影响区,焊缝为细小的等轴晶;焊缝区的电极电位比母材的电极电位正,腐蚀电流密度相差不大,焊缝的耐蚀性要强于母材。
