氟比洛芬酯与芬太尼预防丙泊酚注射痛的效果比较

Preventive effect of flurbiprofen axetil on the pain of propofol injection

目的观察氟比洛芬酯防治丙泊酚注射痛的疗效,并和芬太尼进行比较。方法将90例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期手术患者随机分成3组,每组30例。患者于注射丙泊酚前缓慢注射芬太尼50μg(A组)、氟比洛芬酯50 mg(B组)、生理盐水5 mL(C组),注射完毕60 s后推丙泊酚注射液行麻醉诱导,观察每组疼痛发生情况,并根据Ambesh法评分。结果 A、B组的注射痛发生率和疼痛程度明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组注射痛发生率低于A组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯能有效降低丙泊酚注射痛的发生率并减轻疼痛程度,疗效与芬太尼相近。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of flurbiprofen axetil for reducing pain on injection of propofol,compared with fentanyl.Methods Ninety cases of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱgrade scheduled to undergo selective operations were divided randomly into three groups to receive fentanyl 50 μg（group A）,flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg（group B）,or normal sodium 5 ml（group C）,respectively.After injection for 60 seconds,They followed by the administration of propofol for the induction of general anesthesia.The incidence of injection pain was recorded,and the pain score was evaluated by the Ambesh system.Results The incidence and severity of pain was significantly lower in the group A and group B than that in the group C（P0.05）;The injection pain rate of group B was below group A,but the difference had no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil injection can efficiently reduce the incidence and degree of the injection pain of propofol.The effect is similar to fentanyl.
