玻璃纤维剑杆织机引纬工艺调试与故障浅析

Weft Insertion Adjustment and Trouble Analysis for Glass Fiber Rapier Looms

为了研究多品种玻纤平面织物专用剑杆织机引纬工艺及引纬故障排除,以山西经纬公司制造的GA1724型和浙江万利公司制造的WL450型剑杆织机为例,总结了剑杆织机实际维修中的维修技巧和维修方法。着重从引纬部分的储纬器、纬剪、送纬剑、接纬剑和剑杆等各引纬部件的运动原理及其相互间有机的运动配合,分析并总结出玻纤平面织物剑杆织机实用引纬工艺。通过此引纬工艺的实际应用,大大降低了引纬故障停台率,提高了产品质量,提高了织机的维修效率。

To investigate the weft insertion process and trouble shooting of rapier looms for weaving glass fiber fabrics,GA 1724 and WL450 rapier looms were used as examples to analyze and sum up the practical weft insertion technology and maintenance skills for glass fiber rapier looms. The actual use of this technology has resulted in significant reduction of troubles and loom stoppage,improvement of product quality and enhancement of loom maintenance efficiency.
