浅析浸润剂及成形工艺对玻璃纤维性能的影响 被引量:18

摘要 详细分析了浸润剂各组分包括偶联剂、成膜剂、润滑剂等对玻璃纤维性能的影响;同时重点分析了某些拉丝工艺参数、工艺位置及烘干工艺对玻璃纤维性能的影响;建议不断提高玻璃纤维浸润剂技术和成形工艺技术,以促进玻璃纤维性能的提高。 The influences of sizing ingredients such as coupling agent,film former and lubricant as well as fiberizing parameters and cake drying process on glass fiber properties are elaborated. It is thereby proposed to continually improve the glass fiber sizing and forming technologies to promote the enhancement of glass fiber properties.
