鞣花单宁多靶点治疗恶性肿瘤 被引量:3

摘要 鞣花单宁(ellagitannins)是一类具有生物活性的多酚化合物,具有抗氧化和抗炎等生物活性.石榴汁中含有大量单一的鞣花单宁-安石榴甙(punicalagin).安石榴甙是目前已知的分子量最大的多酚化合物.鞣花单宁不能直接被吸收入血,而是先被水解成为鞣花酸(ellagic acid),然后经肠道微生物代谢成为尿石酸(urolithins),在肝脏中结合,最终自尿中排出.有研究显示,鞣花单宁通过抑制核因子Kappa-B(NF-κB)的活性发挥其抗前列腺癌细胞生长的作用,且这一作用已在人类前列腺癌裸鼠移植瘤模型中得到证实.在临床研究中,口服石榴汁可以降低经手术或放射治疗的前列腺癌患者前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)的水平.对石榴鞣质化学预防肿瘤作用的研究将是未来研究的热点.
