玉米“三效利用”研究进展

Research Advances on Three Effect Utilization on Maize

玉米是我国的三大作物之一,近年来市场对玉米的需求量越来越大,加之耕地面积的逐渐减少,只能通过提高单位面积玉米的产量来提高总产量。在玉米育种爬坡阶段,专家提出了玉米的"三效利用"理论,利用玉米的F1代杂种优势、雄性不育增产机理和花粉直感(F0代杂种优势)3种效果来增加玉米单产,从而提高玉米总产量。简述了玉米"三效利用"的研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Maize is one of three major crops in China.There is a great demand for maize in recent years.With the decreasing of cultivated area,the total yield can be increased only by increasing the per unit area yield.The theory of Three Effect Utilization on maize is proposed in a bottle-neck of maize breeding,wmich uses the heterosis,male sterility and xenia to improve the per unit area yield and the total yield.The research advances on Three Effect Utilization on maize is introduced,and its prospects are forecasted.
