血清PCT测定在小儿呼吸系统革兰阴性菌感染的临床应用价值 被引量：3

摘要 由革兰阴性菌引起的小儿呼吸系统感染是比较常见的多发病,选择快速、可靠的实验室诊断方法非常重要。降钙素原（PCT）作为一种对感染所产生的炎症反应的可能标志物已引起了广泛的注意。国内外学者认为,它是一种对细菌感染敏感的早期诊断指标,是判断细菌感染严重程度和评价疗效的一项重要依据。
