关于中国化马克思主义民族政策的理性思考

Rational Thinking on Chinized Marxist National policy

中国化马克思主义民族政策是对传统民族政策的批判继承和重大发展,是马克思主义民族基本原理在中国的灵活运用,具有相对独立完整的政策体系。然而现行的民族政策滞后于社会发展,部分内容可操作性不强;从政策实施情况分析,总体上实施效果显著,部分政策没有得到真正落实。改变这种现状,必须加强马克思主义民族理论研究,重视民族实地调查;根据民族问题实际发展需要,适时地调整民族政策;提高民族政策的权威性,增加民族政策的执行力。

The current Chinized Marxist national policies is a critical inheritance and significant development of traditional national policy,is the flexible application of the basic principles of Marxism in China,and is a scientific summary of the practical experience and a relatively independent and complete policy system.However,after a careful and critical analysis,it can be found that they have lagged behind the social development,with parts of them are not strong in operability.Seen from the implementation of the policy,the overall implementation effect is satisfying,but some of the policies have failed to be truly enforced.To change this situation,we put forward the following three suggestions： firstly,the theoretical research in Marxist nationality be strengthened on one hand and,on the other hand,enough importance be attached to the practical national condition investigations;secondly,national policies be timely adjusted in accordance with the actual development needs of the ethnic issues;the last,the authority of national policy be enhanced and the execution of national policy be increased.
