摘要
本文简述了常减压蒸馏装置塔顶系统低温轻油部位的腐蚀成因、腐蚀机理、影响因素及防腐措施,重点介绍了国内外蒸馏装置塔顶系统中和剂、缓蚀剂以及使用材质情况的研究现状,并对其存在问题和发展方向进行了分析。
The corrosion origin,corrosion mechanism,influence factors,and corrosion prevention in low temperature light oil environment of distillation units overhead are presented in this paper.The status and development of neutralizers and inhibitors of distillation units overhead is highlighted.The problem of neutralizers,inhibitors and materials are discussed.In addition,the development trend on corrosion and prevention of distillation units overhead is forecasted.
