摘要
深圳地铁5号线太安站位于繁华城区,DN400次高压燃气管在布心路段横跨车站,结合周边环境、施工条件、改迁的社会影响等因素,确定对次高压燃气管采取支托保护,此属国内首次,无类似工程经验。针对该工程变形控制要求高、风险大的特点,提出了燃气管支托保护设计原则和设计参数,并重点对保护结构设计、施工顺序的确定和施工监测等进行了分析探讨。设计方案具有创新性,为工程的顺利实施提供了保障和支持,社会效益和环境效益显著,对类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
The Taian station of Shenzhen Metro Line No.5is located at the city proper where the subsequent pressure gas line crossing at the Buxin Road.Consider the factors such as the surroundings,construction conditions,the influence of removal,and etc,the method of protection was adopted to deal with the gas line which is adopted for the first time in domestic and found no similar experience.In view of features of the high command of deformation control and high risks,the design rules and parameters was put forward,and structure design and construction sequence was analyzed.The design plan is innovative and provide the support for smooth development of the project.It also provide an reference for the similar project.
