摘要
风险控制是企业战略管理的一个重要环节,目的是将风险程度和风险损失降低到企业可以承受的范围之内,为企业提供安全保障,提高管理的质量和水平。论文根据勘察设计企业特点,针对质量安全事故引起的企业信誉危机和政府严格监管的经营风险以及财务风险分别分析了风险控制措施,为勘察设计企业战略管理提供一定的参考。
Risk control is an important part of strategic management,the aim is to reduce the degree of risk and risk of loss within the limits that enterprises can endure,providing security,improve management quality and level.Based on the investigation and design enterprise features,this paper analyze risk control measures to business risk caused by quality or safety accident leading to reputation crisis and government strictly control and financial risk respectively,provide reference value for strategic management of investigation and design enterprise.
