咖啡酸片治疗慢性难治性ITP的临床疗效观察

Compound caffeic acid tablet combined with prednisone and azathioprine in the treatment of chronic refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura:A clinical observation

目的探讨泼尼松、硫唑嘌呤联合咖啡酸片治疗慢性难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的疗效。方法将20例诊断为慢性难治性ITP患者随机分为观察组和对照组:观察组采用泼尼松、硫唑嘌呤联合咖啡酸片治疗,对照组采用泼尼松联合硫唑嘌呤治疗。评估2组患者的近期及远期疗效和副作用。结果 2组近期疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);远期疗效观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应的指标的比较,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论泼尼松、硫唑嘌呤联合咖啡酸片可作为慢性难治性ITP的有效治疗手段之一。

Objective To study the effectiveness of caffeic acid tablet combined with prednisone and azathioprine in the treatment of chronic refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）.Methods 20 chronic refractory ITP patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was treated with caffeic acid tablet combined with prednisone and azathioprine and the control group was given prednisone and azathioprine.Short-term and long-term reaction and side-effects in the two groups were evaluated.Results The experimental group was better ameliorated than the control group in terms of long-term reaction.There was statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference in the short-term between the two groups（P0.05）.No significant difference in side-effects manifested between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The combined regime is effective in the treatment of chronic refractory ITP.
