空心微球表面化学镀Ni/Fe-Ni薄膜及其磁性能

摘要 用粉体化学镀技术,以AgNO3溶液替代Sn-Pb胶体溶液作为活化剂,对空心微球表面进行活化,然后在其表面分别镀Ni和Fe-Ni薄膜。用SEM和XRD对镀膜前后的空心微球进行表征,用VSM测试镀膜后的空心微球磁性能。结果表明:用AgNO3溶液对空心微球进行适当的活化后,用化学镀法在其表面较好的沉积了一层连续、均匀的Ni和Fe-Ni薄膜,包覆完整。包覆后的空心微球具有一定的磁性能,且Fe-Ni薄膜比Ni薄膜的磁性能要好。 AgNO3 solution was used as activator to replace the conventional Sn-Pd colloidal solution activator and acti- vated the surface of cenosphere particles. The Ni/Fe-Ni thin films were plated on cenospheres by electroless method. The cenosphere was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). The results show that the continuous and uniform coatings are deposited on the cenosphere, coatings are composed of Ni and Fe-Ni alloy, respectively. Coated microspheres have a certain magnetic properties, and the magnetic properties of the Fe-Ni thin film is better than the Ni thin film.
